The ideal candidate will work with the NY based SVP - Workforce Reporting Manager and a peer leader in Jacksonville, FL to maintain management level workforce reporting across the organization. The candidate will work on the processes supporting the Monthly Operating Report (MOR) presentations across multiple businesses and regions. The MOR presentation has become the golden source for workforce information and includes business driver commentary and analysis on the actual number of resources, future staff outlook by type, location strategy and footprint, labor expense and workforce reengineering activity. Client has approximately 13,000 resources working in over 75 countries globally at a labor cost of approximately $1 Billion annually. This position will be an individual contributor role within the Workforce Reporting group, a small motivated team in Client Business Operations.
The clientI Business Operations Group is a high-visibility strategic and transformation group within supporting financial and workforce management, cost reduction, business process reengineering and strategic change initiatives across multiple product areas. The group works by partnering with senior management; Business Management, Finance and other Client management teams in identifying, structuring and driving efforts to improve the CTI organization's effectiveness and efficiency. The group reports to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for ClientI.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with the Workforce reporting manager and peer leader to build reports for Client management discussions on a weekly and monthly basis. Maintain a streamlined management reporting framework across Client, including MOR presentations that have scorecards and dashboards. Analysis of metrics and trending results is encouraged to help identify any potential risks or opportunities relating to strategic initiatives and workforce targets. Ability to work with multiple organizations to produce information that is materially accurate. Support other "business of IT” projects on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications
Up to 5 years of experience with reporting & metrics for a large size organization, high quality written and presentation skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint or other similar applications, familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases. Part of a team driving transparency for an organization. Detail oriented and the ability to think outside the box.

Background
Bachelor's degree from top-tier institution or experience equivalent, preferably in Accounting, MIS, Project Management or Finance. Knowledge of technology and/or operations in large institutions. 5 years overall experience in internal management communications and reporting, consulting, change management or audit, preferably for IT organizations or IT departments in large institutions.
