Client in Richmond VA is seeking a full time Information Services Manager. This person manages day-to-day IT infrastructure activities and manages staff performing duties which may include the analysis, design, programming, operation, installation, support and maintenance of information systems and applications. Develops, deploys and manages personnel and resources to accomplish strategic and tactical Information Services goals and objectives. As the leader of the service management office, oversees the day-to-day ITIL aligned IT service management processes and manages staff performing duties which includes the design, implementation and delivery of services. Develops, deploys and manages personnel and resources to accomplish strategic and tactical Information Services goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
Development of relationships with key stakeholders and end users throughout the client..
Management of capital and operational budgets.
Negotiation, management and monitoring of Service Level Agreements.
Manages projects, assesses workload and assigns appropriate resources.
Ability to effectively manage, develop and motivate staff.

Qualifications

Required
Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, Engineering from an accredited program or equivalent combination of related education and experience
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in information systems delivery with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of leadership experience including organizational design, staff selection and development

Preferred
Masters in Computer Information Systems or related field from an accredited program
ITIL Intermediate Level certification
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience with implementing ITIL framework within a formal IT service management organization at the enterprise level
