Job Description:
This position will be responsible for the day to day operations of the enterprise analytics applications. The qualified candidate will serve as a leader for the Enterprise Analytics team in developing highly available systems with strong security.
Strong application management skills will be required to build and maintain systems that meet the needs of a diverse user base.
This information technology professional will function as a lead technology expert and must demonstrate a strong mix of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of business intelligence software, database management systems, and data modeling/ETL software is required.
An ability to interpret and communicate complex specifications to senior management, physicians, health care administrative personnel and billing office staff is a cornerstone of this position.
The qualified candidate must be able to work autonomously and to prioritize multiple tasks.
The employee MUST possess computer application knowledge plus demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
The position will perform tasks independently; therefore, the ability to manage assignments & projects with little supervision is required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience administering Cognos 10/11, IBM InfoSphere 11, Tableau Server and Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience maintaining Windows Server environments.
Experience with Active Directory groups and policies.
Experience with creating dashboards as needed to support monitoring of systems.
Experience with Cognos framework Manager and Cognos Transformer.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to present and discuss data models, process models, and BI tools across development, operations and business teams.
Exceptional ability to collaborate across teams. Strong experience with SQL query writing, troubleshooting, and tuning.
Experience with ITIL and change control processes.
Experience deploying and using source control software. Experience managing the software development lifecycle for an enterprise application.
