Media & Entertainment company on the rise is looking to hire a Ad Operations candidate. The Junior Ad Operations Specialist is tasked with working closely with Ad Operations Specialists to craft digital advertising solutions and optimization. This position will work closely with Ad Operations to develop plans and fulfill campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Individual Contributor Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations Specialists to review RFP submissions and develop media plans based on client objectives and inventory avails.
  • Implement display ad campaigns on our properties using DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP).
  • Direct responsibility for email sponsorships, in line advertising and dedicated email trafficking.
  • Manage the receipt, testing and any required technical adjustments of creative in time for campaign launch.
  • Reconcile managed campaigns at the end of each month and partner with finance team to ensure proper billing.
Team Responsibilities
  • Maintain sales materials such as ad spec sheets, inventory spreadsheets and custom execution calendars.
Skills and Experience
  • Experience with publisher ad-serving and ad management technologies (DFP preferred) is a plus to have .
  • Knowledge of 3rd party ad tags a plus to have.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, familiarity with HTML.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
