Job Description:
  • You will contribute to Client's success through ensuring all virtual and live learning initiatives are seamless to the Global sales and marketing audience.
  • This means broad collaboration with internal SME's, sales, marketing, other core L&D team members as well as third party vendors. Core skills such as, communication, technical aptitude and critical thinking enable success.

General responsibilities are:
Partner with and project manage learning initiatives for Sales Management, Marketing, and VP Sales L&D, by taking part in the development of training plans that consist of:
  • Perform informal and formal needs assessment and recommend appropriate delivery method for all training requests. Identify the scope of the project (purpose/goal, audience, knowledge level, content, timing, etc.).
  • Assist in organizing the key people to facilitate the training session and build the learning material.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to collect, review and create learning focused content (bite size learning, content modules, etc.) for learning initiatives.
  • Schedule, manage logistics and socialize training sessions (end to end, including post session follow up and evaluation). Facilitate ongoing feedback and support (learner, SME etc.). Provide suggested follow-up courses on, if relevant Research and partner with selected vendors for key learning initiatives Partner with other team members and Marketing to communicate upcoming initiatives and accomplishments via internal emails, internal portals and status reports (milestones from Project Plans, etc.) Run Sales & Marketing intern program, end to end.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to strategize and utilize mobile reinforcement tools for Sales Learning initiates Develop rotation schedule with L&D and HR team for Sales / Management Training program.
  • Provide regular status updates on all course related projects Familiarity with storyboards, e-learning scripts, online course content terminology, learning assessments and user guides preferred Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, etc., to assist in creating/editing eLearning courses a plus
You will have:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of five years working in Sales Learning & Development or Training Sales Enablement, Sales Operations or a Sales Support function.
  • A competency in adult learning principles. Strong writing skills required. Competency in all MS Office Applications.
