Princeton Information is seeking an IT Account Executive. The Account Executive role is responsible for developing relationships with key Executives and IT decision making Directors to develop a pipeline of potential consulting business within various organizations. This is a Business Development role. Account Executive will be responsible for opening new accounts and identifying opportunities to support client initiatives by providing the proper Consulting approach to their IT needs. Once an opportunity is established, the Account Executive will work with the client to understand the details of that opportunities. The Account Executive will work with Recruiting team to fulfill opportunity. The Account Executive will then navigate, with the client, through the sales cycle and consultant interview process, negotiate and broker the deal and close the sale.

The position involves utilizing both inside and outside selling techniques, major prospecting, closing and managing the entire sales process. Princeton Information has one of the best Account Executive compensation plan in Tampa Bay so the upside potential is unlimited.


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Generate business opportunities by identifying IT opportunities
  • Prepare and execute a daily sales plan that identifies potential business opportunities
  • Sales plan will include working existing accounts (warm calls) and contacting new potential clients (cold calls), it will also include sourcing and mining for leads
  • Contact key decision makers via phone calls, email marketing and in-person visits
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads by effectively working
    a successful follow-up strategy
  • Effectively navigate both clients and consultants through the interview process and sales cycle
  • Negotiate and close sales Opportunities
​REQUIREMENTS
  • Successful experience in a Business Development/Account Executive role for IT Consulting.
  • Strong desire to proactively initiate business contact and make sales calls
  • High level of social confidence and the ability to communicate with people of all levels in an effective manner
  • Motivated to earn commission
  • Ability to take the initiative, prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Demonstrated aptitude to set and reach goals
