Description: The candidate needs to:
Exhibit strong analytical skills to ensure the successful generation of specifications, ensure that decisions and solutions are effective in addressing the underlying problem and meeting defined objectives.
Elicit requirements from stakeholders using a range of elicitation techniques
Work with stakeholders in ensuring the needed level of research is completed to accurately define the solution benefits
Employ structured analysis techniques such as Use Cases, decision tables to ensure completeness and non-ambiguity of requirements
Proactively identify and resolve requirement conflicts
Identify opportunities for improvement in the business architecture
Verify requirements and their scope and priorities with stakeholders
Manage requirements change and maintain requirements traceability
Work with technical teams to validate proposed solutions
Effectively present the information needed to facilitate a decision to move forward with the proposed solution
Work with technical teams, business users and support teams to determine transition requirements for the implementation phase of projects

Skills Required Mandatory
10 years+ Business Analysis experience
o Extensive experience of requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation
o Extensive experience of requirements management and planning
o Extensive experience of Solution Assessment and Validation
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Understanding of development and implementation lifecycles
o Ability to motivate others, drive working groups and resolve disagreements
Strong Working knowledge of Equity Cash Trading Concepts
o Low Touch including DMA, Low Latency, Algorithms and Crossing in Dark/Light Pools
o Hi Touch including Block Trading and Market Making
o Program Trading
o Smart Order Routing and Execution Venues
o Order and Execution Management systems
Strong understanding of Equity Cash Trading Regulatory Requirement
