As an Architect in our Information Technology Services division, you will have accountability for the maturity of the enterprise architecture disciplines, governance processes and EA artifact standards in the organization.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Define and develop strategic Master Data Management(MDM) processes, model and roadmaps to ensure alignment and integration of Master Data across the various applications.
  • Drive the selection of enabling technologies for MDM initiative.
  • Profile master data to for completeness, accuracy and integrity and evaluate connections between data and applications.
  • Responsible for the delivery of technology architecture( including conceptual, physical and integration ) for large scale projects.
  • Possess deep technical knowledge regarding leading edge technologies for data modeling and data propagation and an ability to utilize existing technology investments and identify new technologies for the firm.
  • Evaluating new tools and technologies for specific business needs
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of EA standards.
  • Consult with project teams to fit projects to enterprise architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the enterprise architecture to accommodate project needs.
  • Consult with infrastructure development project teams to fit infrastructure to architecture, as well as to identify when it is necessary to modify the technical architecture to accommodate infrastructure needs.
  • Create and establish working partnerships with various technology and business groups.
 
 
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, business or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5+ years of experience in information architecture  and roadmaps development.
  • Experience in setting up and deploying MDM projects. Expert in data modeling approaches, tools and techniques. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server is required.
  • Ability to define Master Data Management (MDM) architecture with detailed hands-on implementation knowledge. Ability to provide the mechanics for propagating and governing master data entities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of all components of holistic data architecture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
