Global Project / Program Manager for Prime Services Legal Entity for Operations Technology.  Role involves proactive delivery management and cross-program coordination of multiple functional delivery work streams across Operations Technology to delivery work packages under the Prime Services Legal Entity Program.
 
The Prime Services Legal Entity Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
 
¿       Senior level program management across all functional delivery streams across Operations Technology for the global program
¿       Defining, validating and executing the Prime Delivery across all functional workstreams to ensure the fundamental goals on a timely basis
¿       Partnering with the upstream (e.g. Prime Services Technology) and downstream (e.g. Finance) technology organization teams  to ensure all deliverables are aligned to the central program strategy and roadmap
¿       Partnering with the Project Managers of each delivery stream to ensure projects are set up and planned effectively and tracking progress vs plans
¿       Partnering with Operations Business Sponsors and Change Managers to align IT delivery and ensure Operational Readiness
¿       Ensuring that all deliverables align to the central Operations Technology strategy and have been approved and verified by the Architecture group
¿       Establish program-level plans and reporting structures to effectively track progress
¿       Ensuring all projects are following an appropriate project lifecycle and are well structured
¿       Work closely with the PMO team to set up the Program and Project-level Governance structure
¿       Lead the relevant Governance forums
¿       Proactively managing risks and issues across the program and taking positive steps to mitigate or remediate
¿       Identifying and proactively managing cross-program dependencies within the multiple delivery streams of the program
¿       Identifying and proactively managing external program dependencies between Prime Legal Entity and the bank¿s other major strategic change programs such as the Global Securities Infrastructure and Remote Booking/Legal Entity Merger.
 
¿       Driving quality Project Management standards and best practices across the program.
¿       Responsible for adherence to IT project management tools and processes (eg. SDLC+, PRB process, Solution Delivery Framework etc.) across the program
¿       Occasional travel to other CS offices such as London
