 We are seeking a sharp and detail-oriented Tech Support Specialist to join our UX Systems team that is responsible for all aspects of The firms user technology experience. In this role, you will provide vital support to teams across the company by answering the support hotline, reviewing user requests, and responding to automated alerts. You will also monitor workstation builds, install and update software, document processes, and maintain the issue tracking database. Additionally, you will work with the UX Systems Engineering group to identify and fix problems, and to improve user experience.

Candidates will have a bachelor¿s degree in a technology field, preferably IT-related, with 0-4 years experience in a tech support capacity. Candidates should have experience with technical troubleshooting and problem solving related to desktop/mobile hardware and software, including Windows and Linux, MS Office and Exchange, VPN, Active Directory, Sharepoint, as well as others. Strong verbal and written communication, as well as outstanding interpersonal and listening skills, are crucial.
