 Our Client specializing in providing a unique culinary experience to a wide variety of patrons, organizations and corporations is seeking a seasoned, motivated self-starter for Business Development in the region.  Recently securing high-visibility funding, this company is looking for leaders to help spearhead expansion effort.
Strong sales experience, new business development and in-person, human interaction sales experience is required.  Food service focused on high-end catered events and Event Planning is a definite plus, but not required.   
Act as the primary resource for developing qualified leads.  Ability to generate strategic leads through a blending of traditional in-person Business Development techniques combined with technology, content and social media.  Act as liaison for the arrangement of events.  Skilled at recognizing talented sales representatives and developing a team of five or more sales professionals.

  • Administrate contractual terms and agreements for new clients
  • Act as point-of-contact for new business clients
  • Meet and/or exceed established metrics
  • Develop and execute metric plan for trainees and sales reps under your report
  • Professional demeanour and ability to make great impression on the first call
  • Ability to act independently and set up appointments for closing business

College degree in food service and/or sales preferred or equivalent experience in the field
