Job Summary

As Recruitment Solutions Advocate, your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our recruiting and staffing services for full time/contract and RPO clients using your proven recruiting background. Market to various firms via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers. Solutions advocate will participate in local business associations and networking events to solidify KGTiger brand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both the clients and candidates. Resolve any service issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the production team. Represent KGTiger in networking events and expos.
  • Meet and exceed business development goals.

  • 2+ years of business to business development experience is preferred.
  • Must have a strong desire to build a career in sales by using proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • A combination of business development and account management skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment, while maintaining a sense of urgency.
  • Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, and self-motivated individual.
