We are looking for a very talented and highly skilled professional with a strong work ethic to join our team and manage a successful medical ​aesthetic practice. This is an exceptional career opportunity for a dependable individual with prior supervisory or management experience.  This position's primary responsibilities are to ensure the practice achieves standards of excellence in patient care while growing the office's profitability through containing costs and increasing revenue. Office is located in a highly desirable beach community that offers music, art, and an outdoor lifestyle.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service and safety for patients
  • Provide leadership, guidance and organizational expertise to staff
  • Manage staff and provider scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Design and implement promotions and marketing strategies to grow business
  • Maintain all licenses, credentialing, CME and privileging for providers
  • Electronic payroll, bookkeeping, and bank deposits 
  • Human resource tasks
  • Build and maintain the practice's online reputation and public image
  • Create new operational processes, documents, and forms when necessary
  • Perform additional duties and projects as requested

  • Confidently present luxury cosmetic services that carry a premium price tag, close sales, and train others to do so
  • Professional in appearance and presentation, tone and demeanor
  • Professional phone communication skills and voice
  • Exceptional English proficiency, both written and oral
Required experience:
  • Sales: 3 years
  • Supervisory position: 2 years
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong PC computer skills
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • Aesthetic medical office experience preferable (e.g., medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic medical or dental office)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Structure:
  • Base pay plus bonus
  • Income growth potential from year 2 forward based on results
  • Relocation costs are possible
