Staffing Compliance Coordinator
We are currently seeking a full time Staffing Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to work in a busy small agency environment.

Essential Job Functions
  • Compliance Position – As a compliance Coordinator, your job is to talk to the field staff. Per Diem staff in nursing and Allied health to get their onboarding documents.
  • Responsible for coordination of the processing of initial appointment and reappointment of provider applications.
  • Coordinates all of the credentialing functions such as application processing and primary source verification.
  • Ensures compliance with accrediting and regulatory agencies.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of facility medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and facility policy and procedures.
  • Performs verification of reappointment applications by preparing letters of request for information, tracking and maintaining the credentialing database and follow up.
  • Interfaces with senior management, credentialing committee and the management regarding your performance.
  • Responsible for maintaining current HR files and databases.
  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and similar records.
  • Maintaining records related to grievance, performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Construct employee files and audit files to ensure all required documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Coordinate with medical facilities with applicant details before start of work. 
  • Continously renew expired documents for medical staff
  • Work with VMS providers to load medical staff credentials on regular basis. 
Must be adept at problem solving with strong interpersonal skills.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years medical staff office and credentialing experience preferred.
Deligent, organized and detail oriented managing multiple applicant files at the same time. 
Follow up with missing documents in order to complete the full onboarding of new hires.
Time track and self manage the full onboarding of new hires. 
Be working closely with HR concerning employee issues, usage, retention and termination.

Communicate issues or client process changes to senior management staff. S

Salary Position:
  • Five days per week and every other weekend.
Required Experience:
  • Prior healthcare or hospital staffing experience a must
  • Heavy phone usage both inbound and outbound
  • Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficient at data entry
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors, clients and applicants on daily basis.
Education:
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
