Title: Sr. Financial Analyst
Location: Concord, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Essential Requirement: Experience with Dynamics AX or 365 Finance & Operations capacity would be ideal. 

 
Summary:
We are currently looking for Financial Analysts to collect and analyze requirements and solve client problems. You will serve as a liaison between clients and project consultants, particularly during initial project phases.  As guided by the project manager, you will work primarily on project execution; Configuration & designing, testing standards and implementing solutions.
 
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for providing business and application consultancy to clients throughout the implementation process
  • Defines application problem by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
  • Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
  • Controls solution by establishing specifications & functional requirement documentation; coordinating enhancements or configurations with developers, solutions architects and/or technical specialists.
  • Validates results by testing enhancements, configurations and workflows for customer acceptance and accuracy
  • Responsibility to train the end users on efficient use of the solution and provide 'tips and tricks', Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
  • Provides reference by writing documentation.
Providing general guidance, and preparation reference material for end users utilizing Office 365 tools.
  • Communicating issues and project tasks with appropriate personnel
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
 
Educational and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree
  • Should have participated in all stages of multiple ERP implementation projects
  • Expert in writing functional specification, gap document and training materials
  • Strong functional, analytical, presentation, documentation, training and interpersonal skills
 
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years implementation experience including the following modules:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • Bank and Cash Management
  • Must have strong Business Finance or Operations background
  • Must have solid reputation and references with previous clients, and partners
  • Must be able to manage time, prioritize and communicate commitments
  • Must have strong client and internal communication skills with experience working in highly collaborative teams
  • Must be able to produce specific examples of his or her work product (e.g. technical requirements, design, output, test plans, etc.)
