 Home Health Account Coordinator/Recruiter
As a Account coordinator for Home health you will be responsible to manage the process flow with the home health clients, field staff and with in-house staff in HR, Payroll and billing.  You will coordinate effectively with setting up schedules for clinicians, maintaining client relationship and helping the payroll and accounting staff with necessary details for payments and billing.

Other job duties involved are:
1) Regular follow up with the clinicians for schedules, timely completion of documentation, orientation with home health requirements, gathering their visit logs, frequent calls to them, identify issues and provide them guidance in providing services to home health patients. You will be a liaison between the clients and the field staff at all times.
2) Collect time sheets/route sheets from the clinicians so billing and payroll can be done weekly and also provide audit details to the clients. 
4) Weekly details of visit log to payroll and billing
5) Regular visit and teleconference with required stakeholders. 
6) Provide weekly progress report to management as required.
7) A/P and A/R management as required.  
8) Able to understand the home health requirements and be able to multi-task with all the required individuals.  
9) Setup orientation and distribute scheduling details to Field staff as and when required. 
10) Recruiting and hiring of clinicians as per client requirements. Make cold calls for hire, post jobs and network to various connections to hire staff.
11) Proficient with MS Office and office tools in order to track and provide information to management
12) Required to work full time during the weekdays
13) Visiting clients on regular basis. 
14) Improve and recommend processes to better manage the Home Health staffing, scheduling and billing processes. 
15) Ability to think independently and creatively.
16) Ability to work with various stakeholders by focusing on processes, reduce errors and create timely response time to clients, in-house staff and office administration staff.

1) Worked in Home Health office staff position a plus. 
2) Able to adapt and learn the processes quickly. 
3) Self-starter and willingness to grow. 
4) Good communication skills a required. 
5) Able to drive within bay area for meetings
6) Be responsible and provide sound judgement
7) Provide good customer support and HR support
8) Worked in HR roles a plus as well.
