 Position Details: 
Desktop Services Hardware Technician. Tech works in Rancho Bernardo facility performing remote software break fix, new software installs, configuration, and testing of desktops and printer equipment for the County of San Diego customer. 

Skills Required: 
• Desktop OS (XP, Windows 7). 
• Minimum 2 year remote and on site troubleshooting experience. 
• Customer service skills. 
• Ticket Workflow tools like Client Service Center, Remedy, etc., 
• Basic data backup skills. 
• Attention to detail. 
• Sense of urgency and communication skills.
