Position Details:
  • Participate as a member of the Print Center Support team in support of the daily printing and distribution of the county reports to the courts and administrative business units.
  • Manage the print operating system and balance the print output workload to ensure the printed reports are delivered within the SLA.
  • Interacts with the leverage mainframe teams to ensure the batch print jobs are ran on schedule to meet our deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot all print related operational issues to resolution or escalation.
  • Daily review the print queue and processes, print and distribute all report requests by the county users. Contact the users if additional information is needed to complete the request.
  • Daily perform equipment operational preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operational for production.
  • Inventory control to ensure that we have adequate supplies to handle the daily/monthly print volumes.
  • Maintain updated documentation for operational processes and procedures.
  • Assist with print related projects with the client and application teams.
  • Microfiche report distribution and delivery.
  • Monthly billing information and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Skills Required:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical skills.
  • Customer service, quality control and attention to detail.
  • Strong experience with print infrastructure environments (e.g. operating system, hardware, data center, security, network, Client/IBM printers, end user and server web related applications)
  • Strong problem solving, priority setting, and collaboration skills.
  • Influence skills and ability to work effectively with the client and other account teams.
  • Some basic knowledge of the mainframe processes and legacy systems.
  • Must be available to work from 04:00 AM to 12:00. Overtime and weekends are sometimes required.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. boxes and deliver the printed output to different county and courts location throughout the county.
  • Clean driving record and pass a background check.
