General Responsibilities:

• Effective team player in a highly dynamic and hi tempo operations team
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision and managerial oversight
• Effective management of all assigned WO and Incident through the Remedy client management application
• Effective written documentation and verbal communication skills
o Create documentation and configuration of all EaaS systems
o Create documentation of work instructions for team members
• Proficiency with Exchange 2010 administration
o administer Exchange 2010 DAG
o administer Exchange 2010 CAS
o administer Exchange 2010 HUB
 high proficiency with daily management and administration of message routing in a large Enterprise environment
 high proficiency with SPAM, and email hygiene management
o perform Exchange 2010 Data Recovery
• Provide answers to technical queries to assist Tier 1 and 2 Service Desks in support of a large Exchange 2010 Enterprise deployment.
• Provide Troubleshooting assistance for all Exchange 2010 reported issues
• Provide On-Call support as required per policy and guideline of the Messaging Ops Team
• Adhere to all Rules and regulations required by current project.
• Learn and expand individual technical skill set in support of the overall Team, HP or client mission and objectives.

Core Focus area of Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of assigned projects and or core focus areas
• Demonstrate technical knowledge and proficiency in assigned Practice areas

o Microsoft Exchange
 Exchange 2010 CAS, HUB, MBX and high availability deployments
 Exchange 2010 Disaster Recovery is a plus
o Windows Server
 Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, WSUS
o Active Directory
 AD Deployment, GPO Administration
o VMware
 ESXi Clustering, HA, DRS, SRM, vCenter, Virtual Machine building and Deployment
 VMware ESXi Disaster Recovery
• Provide management with up to date technical assessment of your technology in regards to its implementation within the environment
• Provide Technical road map and lead future enhancement of your core technology area
