• Understanding of basic financial concepts

• Strong written communication skills Preferred:
• Complex formulas in Excel • Familiarity with SharePoint lists and libraries
• Approximately 3 – 5 years experience

accommodate flexible working hours associated with global project.
o Must be able to work effectively with multiple teams members, including consulting groups remotely.
o IT project methodology experience.
o Proficient in the Microsoft tool suite, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
o Strong MS Project – is required to update project schedules weekly and understand the dependencies etc.
o Sharepoint experience – follow-up with team members on getting them to update Issues logs, risk logs, etc. in
Sharepoint as well as weekly status o English speaking.
o Experience working in a global environment is a “nice to have”.

Provides ongoing support to Team Activities: • Schedule meetings in MS Outlook • Synchronize MS Outlook Meeting requests for stage gate reviews with SharePoint calendar (WebEx connection details, etc) • Coordinate weekly project stage gate review sessions • Coordinate and prepare meeting agendas • Publish notes from meetings • Publish project related content on PMO Wiki • Understand project methodology processes and procedures, answer process questions for Project Managers as needed • Document and publish new or revised policies and procedures as needed • Prepare project audit reports • Other duties as assigned
