  • The Planner role will require the candidate to interact with customers, the planning team and peer groups on the phone, via email and chat. We have multiple mailboxes the planner will monitor to provide customer support. Customer often have questions about the status of their refresh request, questions about how the process works and how to resolve errors they find in the data.
  • The planner role involves mastering a large volume of data. They will have several thousand records at any time to organize and filter to identify the candidates to move to the next task in the refresh process. There are hundreds of sites with individual goals that depend on the planner tasks being completed daily for them to receive their tasks to complete on time. The planner will be expected to organize and provide peer groups with status reports on what the planner has scheduled for them in the future.
  • The planner will be part of a team that will have specific tasks in the process assigned for them to execute. Each planner is expected to share best practices with the team and to cross train to support each other complete goals based on workload. Multiple audit reports are provided through an automated system that the planner will review and identify the best resolution to clean the records. This will ensure a timely and satisfactory delivery to the customer.

  • Skills required: extensive excel knowledge, use of SharePoint, network share drives, customer relation skills.
  • Work independently to meet assigned goals and deadlines.
  • Logically execute tasks based on criteria provided for thousands of records.
  • Audit data based on revised information provided from a database.
  • Audit data duplicate records and follow process to remove duplicate records.
  • Resolve customer issues through email, phone and chat as required.
  • Work with peer groups to execute tasks on time and proper volume to achieve goals.
  • Provide reports and projections to peer groups to make timely decisions for customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor multiple email accounts to provide timely accurate customer support.
  • Work with the planning team to balance workloads and backup coverage for PTO days.
