Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
This role will be intimately involved in the support R&D and Operations teams in the new product development program through expediting and tracking R&D product builds in a fast paced, "start-up” mentality environment.
This critical role will facilitate tracking of current inventory levels and working with appropriate cross-functional team members to align the supply of needed materials with the priorities of the R&D build schedule.
In addition, this highly organized person will help align necessary documentation to communicate the status and delivery of Engineering Work Orders as the program marches toward final product launch.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes paper-based work orders as required; tracks work orders in sign off process and investigates problems.
2. Facilitates material transactions between in-house and off-site inventory through communication with program team.
3. Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
4. Maintains current open work order information, including reporting on open, in process and past builds
5. Processes documents required for build completion as required following established procedures.
6. Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry
7. Assists in preparation of documentation for product release cycle and population of MRP data.
8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, including assisting with shipping and receiving of materials.
9. May assist in issuing purchase orders to ensure adequate supply of R&D materials.
