 Summary: As the IT Administrator you will be responsible for providing and maintaining the company's IT network, servers and computers. You will provide support on a wide range of applications including SAP, MS Win2K, XP-pro, Office 2000/2003, MS Project… As well as being responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the local area network hardware and firewall administration. As the IT Administrator, you are expected to contribute to a positive and productive work environment.  You should also show a positive and willing attitude toward other employees, customers and vendors.                
 
Primary
Responsibilities: Install/configure, and operate/maintain IT Systems hardware and software as well as provide end-user support in a timely manner.Trouble shoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. As well as replace or repair defective parts and equipment.Update network applications as required. Contact hardware and software vendors to obtain specifications, pricing, and other purchase related information. Daily maintenance of network servers such as backups, administration, and hardware maintenance.
Provide network support by installing networked application software, granting access to users, creating user groups, managing shared resources, and installing peripherals 
Minimum
Requirements:                
3 to 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred
Knowledge of installation, configuration and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware, networking and accessory equipment.
In-depth knowledge and experience with Microsoft Desktop OS and application suites
Knowledge with MS Domain Server and E-Mail Server setup.
Experience with IT operating systems, specifically Windows, Unix/Linux OS
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Good organizational skills
Excellent time management
