  • Obligation to escalate to Director Sales Global Account and General Manager.
  • Accountable for the on time completion of all deliverables up to the production kick-off meeting.
  • Lead the project team to achieve design freeze with customer on time.
  • Responsible for achieving project targets regarding timing, quality and target costs.'
  • Timely definition of tasks and corrective actions and control their on-time completion (project risk management).
  • Comply with requirements of ISO/TS-16949 and Company internal procedures (esp. OA VD 7.3-1 Project Management).
  • Keep Program Manager Plant involved in project in case of deviations or changes compared to the initial agreed project targets (time, cost, quality).
  • Program Management during Acquisition and Development.
  • Build, motivate and lead national and international cross functional teams which include sales, product development, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and purchasing.
  • Lead project kick-off and production kick-off meetings. Document project hand-over to plant and mutual sign-off with Program Manager Plant
  • Build overall program timeline from customer request for quotation until SOP (RFQ-SOP) and manage it until Production Kick-off Meeting based on customer milestones and due dates.
  • Professional communication to customer and within the project team.
  • Change Management: initiate change requests and product variations during all project phases. Communicate results and consequences to the customer.
  • Report program budget for tools, machines and piece price to Program Manager Plant and General Manager base on validated product costing from plant.
  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) with more than 3 years of professional experience in the area of responsibility.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive market processes and standards (PPAP, FMEA, APQP, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of SAP and good communication skills.
