• 2 to 5 Years transportation/logistics, warehousing supply chain preferably in the beverage industry and/or consumer products. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance or Business • Strong technical skills (SAP, Business Objects, Access, Excel) • Knowledge and understanding of key economic drivers in truck, rail and third party suppliers this includes, fuel, base rates, service bundles and pertinent legal and government requirements. • Strong technical skills (SAP, Business Objects, Access, Excel) • Organizational and leadership skill to be part of multi-divisional activities, analyze large volumes of information, evaluate and resolve semi -complex issues in rapidly changing environment.

1. Cost effective execution of the transportation and logistics function is paramount to the success of the overall supply chain and distributor service model while maintaining highest service and quality levels • Support the departments objective in managing $600,000,000 in freight spend for domestic and international transportation (Ocean) thru analytics and recommendations regarding process gaps and process improvements to Logistics management that result in the development of processes to reducing cost, improving accuracy of payments. Expedite the resolution of carrier disputes, and increasing overall customer satisfaction • Provide analysis in supporting monthly functional and supplier performance measurements and utilize results to manage suppliers. Support the management of and delivering against transportation budgets by ensuring accuracy of rates and processes. • Assist in providing resolution through tactical direction for 3rd Party Logistics providers for transportation freight payment, auditing, and execution 2. The position is responsible for assisting in compliance and rate management for strategic and tactical carriers including the following: • Rate analysis, audit, and management within SAP and financial budget process • Supports assurance that MillerCoors is SOX compliant and all controls pass internal audits • Prepare ad-hoc analysis on potential rate or rule changes initiated by carriers providing insight to Logistics management where apparent gaps in consistency of processes are evident. • Working directly with internal/external stakeholders (AP, AR, Breweries, Vendors, Other internal divisions) to ensure accuracy of payment and compliance to procedures. • Working with 3PL copies contracted to support MillerCoors vendor payment execution for non-beer shipment, and materials to ensure rules for accuracy of payments are in place and expedient payments occur to mitigate delays in receivables for vendors.
