Location: Santa Clara, California
This position supports multiple Directors spread across several major US and international sites in TMG Research and Development Strategic Enabling.

Work with EA of other companies to schedule meetings with Client executives and other company executives.

Regularly schedule meetings with executives VP or higher within Client.

Perform administrative and project-related activities in support of an individual or groups varying in size.

Department related responsibilities like arranging travel, completing expense reports, creating and updating org charts, office space management, ordering supplies, staff F2F support.

Ability to work well and seamlessly in a professional manner with other executive EA.

o Expert skills required in Microsoft Outlook, especially email and calendaring, Lync/Skype video conferencing, audio bridge and conference room scheduling
o MS Word, SharePoint, Excel will be good to have
o 10+ years of supporting Sr./Executive level management office in a fast-paced, complex environment.

o Minimum Education: AA degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Previous Client Administrative Assistant experience supporting Director level (or higher) required.
