Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Maintaining client records.
  • Handling and processing client documentation.
  • Preparing client documentation for shipment to vendor.
  • Working with vendor to ensure client documentation is scanned appropriately.
  • Serving as first level of escalation in non-routine issues and judgment calls.
  • Performing research and resolving a variety of issues related to client files.
  • Provides operational support to internal business partners regarding client documentation.
  • Responsible for ensuring department procedures are current and up to date.
  • Responsible for handling the department’s daily operations and compliance with bank regulations.
