Account Executive – Specialty/Multi – Sephora & Ulta doors

As part of the Estee Lauder Companies family of brands, we will continue to grow and are seeking qualified candidates to join our exceptional team. 
  • Drive sales volume in designated territory.
  • Increase product revenue volume in a particular category (i.e. primer, foundation) within stores.
  • Lead by example in all aspects of the business, i.e. training, artistry sales, image, and professionalism.
  • Hire, coach and train the best people.
  • Plan, manage, and participate in special events.
  • Execute retailer programs.
  • Develop and nurture retailer relationships.
  • Work in the field (95% of the time).
  • Execute in store department, blended & committed trainings.
  • Write orders, respond to emails and manage budgets.
  • Manage Area Artistry Training Team & freelance artist scheduling.
  • 5+ years proven abilities in management, training, & sales.
  • Cosmetics industry experience and artistry skills required.
  • 4 year college degree preferred.
  • Exceptional leader; with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a flexible style and be able to adapt to change quickly.
  • Ability to commute within the given territory.
  • Strong multitasking, analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Ability to set clear goals and priorities for self and team.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Self-motivated.
