Our Client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join the Design Engineering team in Shakopee, MN. In this role you will support the development and product integration of new components into hard drive and solid state drive products.
About the Role – You will:
  • ​In this ​role you will be responsible for hands-on bench level evaluation of new components along with product level PCB validation testing.
  • You will support NAND component validation testing; such as system interface timing margin; functionality; and all data sheet specs; as well as product level signal integrity and functionality with our custom controller designs.
  • You also will be responsible for controller memory debug, as well as being part of the team defining next-generation controller design requirements for the memory interface. 
  • This position will also be responsible for support of other system architecture blocks

  • Good Engineering verification and Qualification Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work across multiple teams
  • Your Experience Includes:
  • Electrical Engineering Background ​​​
  • Solid experience in Electrical Component Assessment and PCB testing ​
  • Hands-on bench level experience evaluating new components along with product level PCB validation testing.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of NAND component
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree or equivalent experience
Travel: Less than 10%
