Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Marketing Associate contractor with 2-5 years of experience to join our Client's Marketing Communications team focused on delivering impactful marketing programs for technology and life science startups, private equity firms and venture capital clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified candidate to be part of a dynamic marketing team dedicated to the strategic execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies that generate client and prospect awareness, and help drive the business’ acquisition, cross-sell, and retention objectives.

Specific Responsibilities Include
  • Assist in the coordination and support of multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Write marketing briefs and review creative
  • Coordinate and deliver email campaigns via Marketo
  • Support data integrity and CRM-related initiatives
  • Create and update client-facing presentations in PowerPoint
  • Inventory, audit and manage marketing collateral
  • Interface with compliance and business partners to shepherd content approval
  • Assist with proofreading marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, emails, and web content
  • Budget tracking as needed
  • Execute other projects and special marketing assignments, as required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in financial services, technology startup or agency
  • Must be a U.S citizen or authorized to work in the U.S on a permanent basis
  • Ability to multi-task, manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
  • Experience using Marketo (automated email software) for email campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Consistent, proactive and prompt follow through
  • Highly collaborative work style
  • Must be a team player, yet self-motivated and reliable
