Client Specialty - Surety The Client has been in the Surety bonds business since 1907, and is a financially strong company with an "A” rating by A.M. Best and a Group Treasury listing of $181.3 million.1 We also have a dedicated claims department specializing in handling Surety claims. 1 U.S. Department of the Treasury Surety Bond Listing of Certified Companies
We leverage cutting-edge underwriting tools and top-notch professionals to assess, select, and price risks insightfully, and to help our agent partners meet a broad array of their customers' needs.
Reporting to the Regional Surety Director for the Central, this individual will assume responsibility and accountability for assigned agents, designated accounts and segment of the region's territory. You will have strong understanding of Underwriting Guidelines and Target Markets objectives and will manage toward underwriting accounts to those standards.
Through your independent marketing efforts, you will produce new relationships with Agents in your territory, and acquire quality new business accounts that will achieve financial targets for overall growth and profitability. New Business goals and underwriting authority level is commensurate with experience level.
This is a Full-time, Exempt role.
