Your role:

A true talent identifier with experience developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to identify strategic goals and propose solutions to meet their hiring needs.

Who you are:
  • A strategic "hunter” of talent communities that meet the business needs for growth and development. Maintain close connection with human resource business partners and talent acquisition consultants to understand the workforce planning objectives.
  • Assist and gather market intelligence in key functions with a focus on strategic planning to source, identify and build talent pools.
  • Six plus years' experience as a sourcer or full life cycle recruiter.
  • Partner as "one team” with the business recruiters and hiring managers to understand the business's repeatable talent needs, generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that creates an effective search process.
  • Clear understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to map out the market in attracting talent. Explore and find the latest and greatest technologies and approaches to make finding talent easier and more efficient
  • Tactically research top talent and stay updated on current Business news.
  • Aid in the generation of a high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
  • Build Talent Communities within the customer relation management system.
  • Utilize social media to attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Network within the organization leveraging the employee referral campaign with impact.
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Exercise appropriate discretion in the expenditure of company resources related to the recruiting/sourcing process, ensuring the appropriate risk/benefit and/or return on investment is provided for expenditures.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing strategic sourcing methodologies including search engines, job boards, professional organizations, and several social media applications for through candidate mining.
  • Ability to measure and track candidate search campaigns.
  • Proven ability to drive and deliver strong brand recruitment strategies.
  • A versatile personality with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with confidence and a clear vision.
  • Sharp interview skills, with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities.
