Key role and responsibilities: 
  • To manage the document creation for key Client Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) HRIS functions: 
  • Revise and update Client HRIS Policies, Practice and Process documentation to fit ARDx 
  • To create a document Repository in HR Community SharePoint site or Shared Drive 
  • To support Policy and Process documentation creation for Integration management of ARDX HRIS Integrations e.g. to ADP 
  • To support Policy and Process documentation creation for Interfaces to / from ARDX HRIS e.g. to XXX 
  • To support Policy and Process documentation creation for Shared Drives of ARDX HRIS e.g. to YYY 
  • To Manage the testing documentation required for the Workday upgrades 
  • To receive the 'What's new' document annotated with our features / functions and plan for test scenarios 
  • Create documentation (per Client HRIS approach) to cover test scenarios and the capture of test results 
  • Create an update and progress document showing current status leaving up to go-live 
  • To Manage the testing documentation required for the Workday enhancement, break fixes (white list), emergency changes 
  • To document the agreed approach 
  • Create documentation (per agreed approach) to cover test scenarios and the capture of test results 
  • Create an update and progress document showing current status leaving up to go-live 
  • To support the Authentication Project and provisioning of UPIs by: 
  • Obtaining missing Government IDS (primarily ABON and / or APAC Countries) by liaising with Field HR or HRSS contacts 
  • Obtaining missing Government IDS (primarily Contingent Workers) by liaising with FieldGlass contacts 
  • Documenting a process for avoiding duplicate employees on either Client or ARDx side 
  • Review the process and recommend an approach to ongoing collection of Govt IDs 
  • To support a review of the Starters and Leavers process across ARDx working with HRIS and IT 
  • Review the Business Process in Workday and the touch points with IT 
  • Understand the end to end process on the IT side 
  • Join a design team to come up with and capture a 'to be' proposal that improves the process and User experience
