GTT is looking to hire entry-level technical recruiters IMMEDIATELY to support our growing client base. The Technical Recruiter position will afford you the opportunity to control your bottom-line based on work ethic.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Developing recruiting strategies based on analyzing client requirements
  • Contacting candidates by phone, email, social media, etc. to identify the best candidates to suit distinct client needs
  • Negotiating pay rates and salaries
  • Maintaining GTTs proprietary applicant tracking system based on internal standards and best practices
Required qualifications for this opportunity include:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college / university
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to ever-changing needs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) including a strong and engaging phone presence
