Job Description:
  • Providing troubleshooting support to testers, answering questions in-person, monitoring Hipchat rooms and Centercode for issues reported and assisting testers for resolution
  • Bug Triage of issues reported by field testers and logging them in Jira
  • Reporting daily on JIRA, Centercode, Hipchat, In-Person issues
  • Managing communication channels with Field testers through various tools available within the company like Hipchat, Centercode, Salesforce etc.
  • Documenting any instructions, troubleshooting tips etc. that need to be communicated to testers
  • Verifying external participants before they can be enrolled into a Field Test program
  • Managing distribution and shipping/receiving of assets and incentives for a Field Test program
  • Representing FT in team meetings, stand-ups etc. to escalate issues
  • Reviewing smoke test results prior to kicking off Field Test
  • Working with Product test lead on creating Release Notes for IFT/EFT
  • Collaborate with FT pgM to ensure smooth execution of FT program
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Prior Field Testing experience is a plus
  • Experience with Centercode is a plus
  • Familiarity with bug triage and bug reporting tools like Jira
  • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills especially with mobile platforms
  • Technically proficient with a variety of mobile operating systems and computer hardware and software
  • Previous testing experience is a plus
  • Prior technical support experience is a plus
  • Experience with shipping/receiving and maintaining inventory (optional)
