Responsibilities may include:
  • Work directly with current customer base in a post-sales/ support capacity.
  • Deliver to Enterprise Service Level Agreements via a proven issues-tracking system.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues remotely (experience with LiveMeeting & WebEx is helpful).
  • Optimize existing implementations with new features and functionality
  • Interact with all members of the technical team including QA and Dev.
  • Recommend new product features.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues remotely (experience with Live Meeting & WebEx is helpful)
  • Overnight travel is infrequent.
Skill Sets coveted:
  • Experience with Enterprise Windows Concepts (from Windows Server 2003 through 2012R2), Roles and Features (Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, Network Policy and Access Services, File Services, IIS) as well as Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and newer.
  • Excellent troubleshooting methodology.
  • Knowledge of VMWare VCenter, VSphere, Virtual networking, and Virtual Desktop strongly desired
  • Familiarity with one or more enterprise storage platforms (VNX, NetApp FAS, HDS) strongly preferred.
  • TCP/IP troubleshooting experience. Public speaking experience (i.e. training, support, demos etc) is an asset.
Experience required:
  • Demonstrated track record of professional support experience in a technical environment (preferably working for a software manufacturer).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (computer science preferred).
