Americas Client Business (ACB) markets Department’s investment products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries and advisors. The focus is on building and maintaining long-term client relationships and communicating key themes from the firm’s leading investment professionals. Americas Client Business provides investment solutions across all major asset classes (e.g., fixed income, equities and alternatives) and products including mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts and alternative investments.

  • Provides administrative support in a complex team environment to multiple senior sales leaders.
  • Coordinates complex, senior-level internal/ external meetings and conference calls.
  • Handles a high volume of phones calls and interacts with business leaders in a professional and effective manner.
  • Supports internally and externally facing teams and follows up quickly on requests.
  • Organizes and ships literature to clients.
  • Maintains complex and detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
  • Coordinates a high volume of domestic travel arrangements and processes expense reports.
  • Prepares and distributes team correspondence, memos, letters, reports or other documents as requested.
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently.
  • Manages monthly invoices and arranges for payment.
  • On-boards new hires, processes new employees, transfers, termination, etc.
  • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, faxing, archiving), ad-hoc projects, committees and or group events.
  • Orders supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked.

  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of general business, corporate and government cultures.

  • Demonstrated dependability and sense of urgency about getting results.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required.
  • Prefer 3+ years of experience.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
