Job Description:
  • Apply Change Management methodology and framework to develop plans for effective delivery of stakeholder engagement and change adoption, to support the overall project goals and value delivery.
  • Lead, manage and contribute to the Change Management work stream for project initiatives, providing clear direction and guidance to project team members and business partners.
  • Assess the impact of changes and provide insights to better inform business decisions. 
  • Expert level professional role requiring in-depth knowledge and expertise in Change Management.
  • Lead the end to end delivery of major deliverables or work packages for mid-range complexity projects.
  • Responsible for the quality and timeliness of all change management deliverables on a project/program.
  • Integrates knowledge of change management methodology with the overarching business strategy and project strategy to recommend and implement effective change management interventions across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Acts as subject matter expert, to solve complex problems and leads efforts with partners to develop and implement solutions. 
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Relevant Change Management accreditations
  • 7-10 years related work experience, working in a project environment
  • Ability to lead a team, and build strong partner and leadership relationships.
