  • This position will manage the day-to-day operation of the organizations' fleet, overseeing compliance, reporting and vendor management.
  • Act as liaison with the Fleet vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure that the vendor and the program are meeting expectations
  • Manage all aspects of the fall and spring ordering cycles – ensuring appropriate vehicles are selected to meet business needs.
  • Conduct and communicate an annual review of the Motus program and its participants to ensure they are meeting the program requirements.
  • In collaboration with Global Fleet Risk & Safety and Zoetis' fleet safety vendor, support Zoetis' safety program through data collection/reporting, communication, safety training and change management.
  • Partner with vendors, HR and IT to improve the process by which fleet payroll deductions are handled.
  • Track fleet inventory and expenses, ensuring compliance of open contracts, purchase orders, system feeds and invoice management
  • Ensure training materials and program/policy information are updated, communicated and readily available for participants in the fleet programs
  • Key point of contact for the field for all Fleet inquiries, approvals, onboarding, violations, escalations and exceptions
  • Drive continuous service, cost, fleet utilization, driver compliance & efficiency improvements
  • Track key metrics including supplier scorecards and savings
  • BA/BS required
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Fleet management experience
  • High level proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Ariba and Concur
  • Project management and sourcing experience preferred
  • Initiative to work independently, be a self-manager with the ability to set and meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
  • Proven ability to execute plans with strong follow-up, problem solving and ownership in achieving results
  • Strong negotiation, financial management and budgeting
  • Effectively work cross-functionally to create organizational impact
  • Experience developing and implementing communications projects and programs
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
