  • B.A. or B.S. in Computer Science or Information Systems major.
  • Equivalent experience may substitute for requirements. 
  • Seven+ years of information technology/project management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
  • Expert level of Project Management principals, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experienced with successfully driving dynamic project teams in a fast passed challenging environment to successful project outcomes. 
Other Qualifications:
  • Must have ability to successfully plan, manage and report on a portfolio of projects ranging in size from Medium to X-Large with an understanding of the interrelationship between projects within the Program.
  • Must be able to work effectively with cross functional groups and provide Project Management guidance to multiple project teams.
  • Must be self-motivated with strong initiative to learn.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills required.

Summary (scope and purpose):
  • Manage Agile application development team as scrum master.
  • Communicates often with Client, Dev Mgr, QA Mgr.
  • Reviews requirements/documentation, facilitates Sprint planning meetings, has input on priorities, communicates with business owners/other teams on issues/resolutions.
  • Hands on with business requirements, QA and systems in the lower environments to ensure understanding the features in progress or planned. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of projects across multiple project teams simultaneously.
  • This role is responsible for developing tracking and reporting tools for the department to provide transparent insight into the state of all projects within the Project Portfolio to Executive Level Management.
  • It is required that this position operate as a liaison across multiple internal teams and external vendors to track and guide projects as necessary.
  • Prepare project plans where necessary, which include project definition, scope, resources, and schedule.
  • Ensures adequate communication is maintained regarding all project status and priorities.
