This role is responsible for writing and developing content for end-user communications related to projects, on-going maintenance, and ad-hoc events.
He/she will utilize various communications channels including email, TheZone, webinar, ITSforMe, and other Sharepoint team sites. 

The individual will collaborate and partner with other Infrastructure teams and assist with change management and end-user communications.
They will maintain a close relationship with the Corporate Communications dept. to ensure alignment with global communications. 

Primary Responsibilities 
  • Lead communications specialist supporting Win10/O365 project - - Communication support all Infra teams 
  • Tech writer for Infra 
  • Write KA's for Help Desk 
  • Support documentation and communications 
Secondary Responsiblities 
  • Interface to Corp Communications 
  • Maintain and develop "Tech Tips" for Zoetis Zone 
  • Develop client training content in support of Infra initiatives 
  • Coordinate Infrastructure Information sharing sessions 
Additional Responsibilities 
  • Strategy and Business Results 
  • Organize new and innovative ways to communicate and engage the Zoetis organization to help better understand and consume ITS services 
  • Craft key messages for specific groups, initiatives or projects 
  • Engage ITS organization to help develop and publish "Tech Tips” and other content as a means to market ITS and better educate the Zoetis clients on ITS technology and services. 
  • Develop end-user training plans for large ITS project deployments 
Architecture, Delivery, and Support 
  • Develop, deploy and continually enhance end-user communications processes across the ITS teams.
  • Maintain promotional materials, website content, articles, publications and other communication materials as required. 
  • Ensure adherence to standards and polices for Client Productivity technology components 
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Sharepoint site to store project communications, training materials, and KA articles 
  • Manage chosen service providers in the deployment and ongoing support of Client Productivity Services 
Organization 
  • Provide input for annual operating and capital budgets consistent with established financial guidelines, and as part of the overall ITS Infrastructure budget 
  • Create, deploy and maintain appropriate processes and practices, to facilitate operational and organizational success 
  • Continuously look for improvement/development/enhancement opportunities 
  • Interact with clients across multiple departments; frequent external contacts 
Additional responsibilities – in collaboration with other ITS groups: 
  • Manage vendor relationship(s) as appropriate, including SLA monitoring, development of new services, continuous improvement initiatives, billing/invoicing accuracy and efficiency. 
  • Analyze and process related purchase requisitions, invoices, and quotes 
  • Project a culture of flexibility, 'get it done', collaboration, 'how can I help ?', Keep It Simple. 
Education: 
  • University Degree or 5+ years relevant work experience. 
Experience (at least 2 - 4 yrs. experience in the following areas): 
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of communications and training activities 
  • Recent relevant experience in operational change management 
  • Ability to translate ITS technical content into clear content for end-user client consumption 
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications 
  • Project Management experience a plus 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams 
  • Knowledge of pharma/animal health or similarly 'regulated' businesses 
  • Strong client engagement skills
