Project Scope:

The PGIM Investments Technology organization is seeking a Project Manager \ Business Analyst who will help drive projects by coordinating with various areas of the business, technology and operations to build business requirements, procedures and processes. This will include project plan development, resource management, requirements management (elicitation, documentation, prioritization, etc.), process mapping, process design, procedure authoring, etc. This role features extensive interaction with managers across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology, Fund Accounting and other key teams providing wide visibility across the organization.
  • Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts, SDLC methodologies and Operating models (Agile & Waterfall) with ability to gather requirements, document BRD/FRD, and drive the BA workflow
  • Outstanding relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills
  • Expertise in using MS Office Tool Suite (including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Implement a comprehensive management plan for each project and hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep all interested parties updated in project progress
  • Determine and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
  • Manage day-to-day business relationships
  • Analyze and define systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements to produce functional design specification documents.
  • Serve as the expert on business and user requirements gathering and lead client sessions.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information

Skills/Qualifications Required:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 3 to 5 years' experience in project delivery and business analysis
  • Experience working with Waterfall, Agile and other software development lifecycle methodologies preferred
  • Practical application ability to develop reporting, dashboards and project analysis with Microsoft Office, Project and Visio
  • Detailed analytical and project management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability controlling requirements and solicitation meetings involving multiple stakeholders audiences
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner; individually or in front of a group
  • Ability to partner successfully with other parts of the organization to achieve results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to communicate across multiple levels of an organization
  • Certifications a plus (PMP, CSM, etc)
