Digital Content Management

The role is responsible for the day-to-day support of the development/testing/implementation of multichannel enterprise programs for patients, HCPs, etc. Programs include, but are not limited to: website/content management systems, email, social, search and digital media, field sales materials, and relationship marketing programs. Work with teams and third party suppliers to create and maintain templates for use by brands and their AORs, ensuring business requirements are developed, tested, documented, and adhered to. Stakeholders are trained on new capabilities and receive ongoing communications.
  • Active member of Customer Experience team – includes Digital Strategy and Governance, IT, and Change Management.
  • Tactical and operational implementation of plans
    • Write business requirements
    • Review and validate agency documentation, including but not limited to SOWs, functional and quality specs, etc.
    • Perform UAT ensuring quality and function
    • Project management: Creating and maintaining PM documentation such as plans, timelines, and status reports, as well as assigning prioritization of efforts, and ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
  • Content Management System (CMS)-specific
    • Requirements documentation updates and management (monthly)
    • EPiServer Guide management (monthly)
    • Training (monthly), Office Hours (as needed)
    • "Help Desk” (emails, skype, stop-by-desk)
    • Quality review of all websites prior to oMAP submission, most specifically for websites with registration forms
    • Manage change requests (CRs) and QC
    • Manage bugs (and QC)
    • Project management (status, CRs, budget, comms, review team, etc)
    • Analytics/SEO from a CX perspective
    • Manage UX design and IT vendors
  • Organize ongoing usability tests to gauge enterprise program effectiveness.
  • Manage submissions for oMAP (MLR) and UXSC (Standards Council)
Education BA/BS degree in Business, technology, marketing, or communications.
Experience/Professional requirement:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry or Pharmaceutical Advertising Agency. Management and implementation of digital projects/programs.
  • Strong project and process management experience.
  • Deep Content Management System (CMS) experience, required. Episerver CMS, desired.
  • Working knowledge of FDA and Pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance guidelines on advertising and promotion. Solid understanding of pharmaceutical review and approval process required.
  • Demonstrate persistent follow through and ability to juggle shifting priorities with ease.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and negotiating skills.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and presentation skills with ability to influence without direct responsibility.
  • Results-oriented ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including MS Project), Adobe Acrobat.
  • Understanding of all marketing tactics used by pharma with emphasis on digital.
  • Strong mastery of the English language (written and oral)..
