Our client, a global healthcare provider and a leading pharmaceutical company, is piloting Agile product development approach and is looking for experienced Scrum Master to facilitate process for onsite product development teams in East Hanover, NJ.
As a Scrum Master you would be also a part of Luxoft Agile Practice team and Scrum Masters community of practice.

  • Responsibilities:

    - Facilitate the team to drive effective product development
    - Arrange, facilitate and schedule Scrum events
    - Establish Scrum process and collaboration between people
    - Coach development team and Product Owner in Agile practices
    - Apply Scrum framework to the Pharma marketing process
    - Track backlog, burndown metrics, velocity, status of user stories etc, and bring any risks to Scrum team's attention

  • Skills:

    - 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master role
    - Proven track record of building sustainable iterative delivery in a regulated industry
    - Knowledge of Agile approach, iterative/incremental development and related frameworks
    - Solid Agile/Scrum team coaching skills
    - Strong knowledge of Scrum theory rules and practices.
    - Knowledge of software development processes and procedures, both waterfall and Agile
    - Experience in Agile techniques for product discovery, backlog management, team building, iterative delivery, engineering excellence
    - Stakeholder management, negotiation & communication skills
    - Basic project management skills: knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (e.g., on time, within budget)
    - Experience of external vendors partnership management would be a plus
    - Experience in Pharma industry would be a plus
