We are looking for individuals with experience in marketing, focused on sales practices (face to face marketing) in branches, over the phone, and retail (like Costco). The ideal candidate would have a Client background already, and most importantly has managed requests coming from the CFPB and OCC.

Sales Practices Marketing Channel (2 contractors):
Business Unit Overview: Global Marketing Control is responsible for driving a centralized control function for Global Consumer Marketing and key control functions for US Cards Marketing, including functions focused on closing open MRA's and mitigating future such items as well. The team is specifically focused on driving consistent marketing requirements across each business function, while driving radical digitization and simplification through the rollout of streamlined digital governance approval processes that support our agile operating model.


The Marketing Channel Sales Practices contractor responsibilities include:
• Work as integral partner across varied functional groups in order to champion progress relating to Sales Practices
• Lead the investigation and documentation of outlier reports and escalations, while ensuring strong project management of channel teams to lead the overall investigations processes
• Responsible for requesting source code and offer details
• Responsible for coordination in preparing an overall package to address investigations from complaints and outlier reports
• Responsible for developing the finalized package on each investigation ensure proper retention
• Identify and immediately escalate potential control gaps; ensure remediations are appropriately implemented with process owners
• Ensure leadership is kept abreast of project plans and impacts to ensure cross-functional updates are executed flawlessly


Qualifications:
• 5+ years work experience in a control function supporting a consumer credit environment with focus on Credit Card Operations/ Marketing
• Extensive experience in consumer banking operations, marketing and operational risk management with a comprehensive understanding of requirements for marketing policy/process execution related to Sales/Sales Practices
• Experience with regulatory and internal audit/compliance processes
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with strong results orientation
• Ability to embrace change, challenge the status quo and works collaboratively across the firm to drive results
• Strong orientation around quality control techniques, change management and quality assurance processes
• Cooperation and focus in achieving group and business objectives
• Strong overall knowledge of sales processes and control requirements for marketing at Client
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
• Critical, quick, detail-oriented thinker with strong analytic acumen
• Thorough written and verbal communication/listening, presentation, and influencing/negotiation skills
• Ability to create support and buy-in across stakeholders
