The User Experience Designer works hand in hand, often pairing, with other members of product teams to bring products to life.
The User Experience Designer is responsible for designing intuitive, quality products through collaboration with end users and modern software development teams. User Experience Designers work directly with end users to collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data through formal research. This information is used to inform product-related hypotheses, recommendations, and ultimately user stories in the product backlog.

Day to Day:This team starts the day collaborating as a UX team. This collaboration session is primarily to define design patterns and see what the team is working on that specific day/week, this is a very informal open collaboration session. Once design patterns are defined the team will enter these designs into the pattern library so other designers can use. The team then separates to the specific Lead/Managers they are aligned to and will do a stand up for the project they are working on. Once timelines and requirements are defined this Interaction Designer will collaborate with his team, deciphering specific tasks for the day.
