  • Telecommunication Support Analyst is responsible for ordering New Telecom services and addressing the Telecom Tickets in the Track It Tool—the Ticketing system currently being utilized.
  • The position is responsible for coordination of the Telecommunications ordering and fulfillment functions, completing basic moves, add and changes in Cisco Call Manager 8.6 and a liaison with other Teams to escalate Telecom Administrator.
  • This individual will maintain documentation of all circuits and inventories of telephone equipment coordinates work orders with vendors and update Internal Team as required.
  • Processes work orders that is funnel through the Track It System for installation of Telecommunications services to include additions, moves, and changes
  • Working in our Track It Ticketing system daily to address Telecom Support Issues
  • Responsible for managing and administrating devices and services of the department, maintaining an inventory of the active service accounts and equipment
  • Maintain spreadsheet and Help Desk Tool of all circuits, primary and secondary, for all stores, Corporate locations, Data Center and Disaster Recovery locations
  • Provide assistance in maintaining an inventory of all telephone systems and equipment
  • Configure and provide support for Cisco Call Manager 8.6
  • Assist in the New Store Opening Process and Store Relocation process by tracking orders
  • Assist with the repair of all Telecom Services; this includes voice lines, toll-free services, circuits and broadband services
  • Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock, placing orders verifying receipt
  • 24 X 7 system support, including on-site and remote management
  • On call responsibilities
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree desired
  • Strong Customer Service Skills, Prioritization, multitasking skills required
  • Intermediate user of Microsoft Word Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to take the initiative and work effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
