Looking for:
  • Tier III Support
  • MS Office, Windows 7/10, basic network troubleshooting
  • Good customer service skills
  • Professional Services or Legal/Law Firm experience
  • Must be able to work independently, proactive, doesn't need to wait to be told what to do
  • Strong Ritz Carlton style white glove customer service - "the client is always right"
  • Technology support to the entire office 
     
Responsibilities: 
  • Serving as the technical operations and support specialist for the San Fran office
  • They don't have a full data center but some funcionality
  • Their job is too maintain everything to keep lawyers productive
  • They have been growing rapidly and now have 20+ people in that office
