The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Enterprise and Education Marketing Department, focusing on institutional markets such as K-12, higher education, corporations, government and non-profit associations around the world. Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
  • Global Campaigns: Work closely with business channel managers to develop, execute and analyze global marketing campaigns, including email, webinars, paid search, display advertising, and more.
  • Email: Manage the production, approval, and reporting of all vertical marketing email and landing page campaigns using Oracle Eloqua.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist in the development and tactical execution of department-wide SEO strategy.
  • Campaign Performance: Assist in analysis and compilation of weekly marketing reporting to marketing team members, external stakeholders and executives. Deliver regular campaign performance reporting to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Data Management and Segmentation: Manage prospect/customer database, including lead upload and data quality maintenance in CRM (Salesforce CRM) and Marketing Automation (Oracle Eloqua) platforms.
  • 2-3 years professional experience in a marketing role.
  • Must be comfortable learning new technology quickly and/or previous experience in marketing platforms such as Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML/CSS and/or Javascript experience a plus.
