Job Details:
The Marketing / CRM specialist executes the marketing campaigns to support customer acquisition and retention our company. The specialist will play a pivotal role in execution of customer experience centric marketing campaigns that generate incremental revenue and maximize the customer experience. The ideal candidate has a bias for action with the ability to meet timelines and drive execution.

  • Responsible for campaign development and it's execution in multi-channel environment.
  • Create, modify and execute campaigns using cloud hosted CRM marketing automation software.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategy including A/B testing and segmentation based on variety of variables.
  • Utilize business rules to assure accuracy of input and output data.
  • Lead campaign marketing projects to achieve key business objectives.
  • Translate complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
  • Use campaign output data for internal reporting system.
  • Partner with internal resources and external vendors by communicating effectively.
  • Assist with marketing campaign results analysis and reporting.
  • Assist with analysis to enhance campaign performance (profiling, segmentation).
  • Support marketing staff and management with ad hoc analysis to improve overall campaign results

  • Bachelor's degree, preferable business with experience in marketing is highly desirable.
  • 1-3 years D2C marketing strategy execution using marketing automation software.
  • Campaign execution experience with software like Unica / Alterian / Aprimo / Microsoft Dynamics / SAS Campaign /Abobe Campaign / Salesforce Campaign / Siebel Campaign is desirable.
  • Good understanding of direct marketing principles and strategies.
  • Experience in planning and executing comprehensive customer acquisition and retention programs.
  • Working knowledge of SQL / Oracle is a major plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of creative development, market research and competitive intelligence is a plus.
  • Proven track record of multitasking and ability to deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills is a must.
